The Legislative Update - A weekly comprehensive summary of South Carolina ’s Legislative activities that tracks the progress of legislation and keeps citizens informed about committee and sub-committee meetings. Policy Perspectives - A detailed publication to explore more fully than the Legislative Update format allows important issues facing everyday South Carolinians .  The Perspectives provide a better explanation of the roots of problems and creative approaches to solving them. These Policy Perspectives cover a wide variety of consumer and family issues that occupy our advocacy work. (Free to all Fair Share members)

Margins of Health - A bi annual newsletter that keeps South Carolina consumers informed about the development and changes in the status of citizen health in the state. Each issue addresses health care concerns that impact the lives of South Carolina consumers. (Product of the SCFS Education Fund and is free to all Fair Share members)

Nonprofits 101 - A manual of the South Carolina Fair Share Education Fund, that covers incorporation, registration and 501 (c)(3) status application for South Carolina nonprofit organizations. It also manual for board and staffs of new and smaller nonprofits It is a practical guide to staying in compliance with state and federal laws including board of directors structure, accountability and program planning and evaluation. (Cost: $50.00 for members, $75.00 for non-members)
